kickboxing to Pilates to more traditional methods, to design a routine suited to your individual goals
and body type. Each program is designed to improve balance, increase strength,
and develop core musculature, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.

Programs
Bangobasics – The bangobody experience 'your' way. A one-on-one
personalized training program designed to help you meet your goals and tailored to your body's
unique needs. We use a combination of training styles to complement your
unique body shape, athletic interests and everyday activities. Flexible
and dynamic—this one’s all about you!
- 1-5 sessions a week depending on goals
- Recommended for: beginner to advanced exercisers, post injury/rehab, general and sports
specific conditioning.
Bangobirdie - Is your current fitness level holding you back from
playing your best on the links? Do you aspire to longer drives and lower
scores? This program incorporates all of the essentials for improving your golf fitness in a
personalized program designed to fit YOUR body and it's specific needs.
Increased flexibility, stronger postural muscles, and improved range of
motion will help you get the most from your game.
- 6 weeks, 2 sessions a week.
- Recommended for: beginner to advanced golfers ready to take their game to the next level.

Bangoleaner - Need to get in shape FAST? Got an event coming up?
Training for a movie role? Or just need to fit into that bikini for the
beach season? If you’re looking to drastically alter your body in a short amount of time
and are SERIOUS about your commitment to achieving your goals, this is program
for you! Program includes Body Composition, Meal, Planning and Nutritional counseling.
- 12 intensive weeks, 5 sessions a week.
- Recommended for: intermediate to advanced exercisers with a target date.
Bangobaby - Does your post-partum body have you feeling less than
excited about wearing anything other than sweat pants? Every new mother
deserves to feel strong, confident, and SEXY. Personalized Bangobaby programs include
exercises designed to strengthen muscles for toting around your little ones as they grow, stretching for
injury prevention, and facilitate the release the stresses that accompany parenthood.

Bangobusiness - Increase morale and productivity while decreasing sick
days! Bangobody will design a corporate program specific to your company's
goals and budget.

Bangobuddies – Menagé a duex. Pair up with a friend/spouse/co-worker and
train as a team. Similar in concept to our 'bangobasics' program, the
bangobuddy system incorporates a combination of training techniques.
Each program is unique and personalized based on your needs and goals,
with the extra motivation of a partner in pain.
